Refund policy
Custom Orders
We specialize in cut and edged panels made to your exact specifications. As these are bespoke products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for custom-cut lists unless the panels supplied are damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part. In such cases, we will rectify the issue by replacing or repairing the affected panels at no additional cost to you.
Standard Returns (Non-Custom Items)
For non-custom, stock items, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@cutmdf.com. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages or Errors
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any panels are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, notify us immediately at info@cutmdf.com so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Custom-cut panels (bespoke orders).

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
For approved returns, we will inspect the item and notify you of the refund status. If approved, your original payment method will be credited within 10 business days. Processing times by banks or card issuers may vary. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at info@cutmdf.com.
